4. Transaction Fees and Payments

4.1 DEBOSPAT charges a commission fee of approximately 10% for every completed sale. This fee is deducted from the final sale price and is used to maintain the platform and support its operations.

4.2 Payment for items is processed securely via payment gateways such as PayPal and Stripe. Sellers are responsible for shipping the items to the buyer, and DEBOSPAT is not responsible for delivery or shipping issues.

4.3 Premium seller features, such as enhanced visibility or featured listings, are available for additional fees. These fees are non-refundable.
5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers in a timely manner. DEBOSPAT provides general shipping guidelines but does not handle logistics directly.

5.2 Sellers must pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. DEBOSPAT encourages the use of reliable courier services and provides sellers with access to discounted shipping rates through selected partnerships.

5.3 Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s location and the buyer’s location. DEBOSPAT is not liable for delays caused by couriers or other third parties.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 As a marketplace for second-hand items, DEBOSPAT encourages buyers to review listings carefully before making a purchase. Returns are not generally accepted unless the item is materially different from the description provided by the seller.
