If the item:

• Doesn’t arrive
• Arrives damaged

Just press “I have an issue” in your conversation screen with the seller within 2 days from being notified by Debospat that the item should have been delivered or that the order seems lost, and submit your claim. For more details, check out our Refund Policy.

NoteYour order will be completed and the payment will be automatically released to the seller if you miss the 2 days deadline or if you ever hit the Everything is OK button.
