Secure Boxes or Padded Envelopes: Ensure garments are neatly folded and placed in secure boxes or padded envelopes to avoid any damage during transit.
Clean & Presentable: Make sure that your items are clean and free from Odors. Packaging should be neat to reflect the care and attention you put into your sale.
Shipping Labels and Information
Labelling Your Package: Each package must have a clear and visible shipping label with the correct recipient address. Use a printer to print labels for a professional touch.
Return Address: Always include your return address in case of any delivery issues.
Courier Options
DEBOSPAT has partnered with several trusted couriers to offer affordable and reliable shipping options:
Royal Mail: For small and lightweight items, Royal Mail offers reliable services with delivery confirmation.
Hermes: For larger items, Hermes offers affordable rates and easy tracking.
Other Couriers: You are also welcome to use other couriers of your choice, but please ensure tracking is provided for all shipped items.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your goods.
Shipping Fees

Processing Time: We request that all sellers ship their items within 3 business days of receiving an order. This ensures that our buyers receive their purchases in a timely manner.
Order Delays: If for any reason you are unable to ship within 3 days, please contact the buyer and update them with your expected shipping date.
Estimated Delivery Times
Royal Mail: Typically, 1st Class delivery takes 1-2 business days, and 2nd Class delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Please remember that external factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, and courier delays can affect shipping times. Always provide accurate tracking information to your buyers to keep them informed.
Tracking Shipments
Track Your Shipments: Always use a tracked service to ship your items. After shipping, provide your buyers with the tracking number through the DEBOSPAT platform.
Buyer Notifications: Once a shipment is sent, buyers will automatically be notified of their package’s tracking information via email or SMS.
Returns & Disputes
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, so we’ve set clear guidelines for returns and disputes:
Return Policy: All items are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery if they are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Handling Returns: In the case of a return, please work directly with the buyer to arrange a return shipment. Once the item is returned and inspected, you’ll issue a refund via DEBOSPAT.
Important: If an item arrives damaged, lost, or does not meet the description, you may be required to refund the customer, and the item may be returned to you.
